Make a QR code for any link.

Type a link, give it a colour and your logo, and download it as PNG or SVG.

Paste a link or type any text — the code updates as you type.

Your code appears here

Colour

Shape

Logo

A logo switches the code to its strongest error correction, so it can still scan with the centre covered.

Why these codes don’t expire.

Some QR services put a short link of their own in the code and send every scan through it, so the code works only for as long as their link does. This one writes your link straight into the pattern, with nothing in between.

So the code opens your link for as long as the link itself works, and it’s made on your device, not a server. Change the colour, the shape or the logo as often as you like — what you download is what you see.

  • Nothing in between

Your link goes straight into the code — no short link, no redirect and nothing of ours that can lapse.

  • Colour, shape and logo

Choose a colour, dots or squares, and add your logo in the centre if you want one.

  • PNG or SVG

A 1,024-pixel PNG for screens and documents, or an SVG that stays sharp at any print size.

Questions.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. The code holds your link itself, with nothing in between, so it works for as long as the link does. If the link stops working — a transfer that expired, a page that moved — the code stops with it.

Will a logo stop the code scanning?

Usually not. With a logo the code switches to its strongest error correction, which lets it lose part of its pattern and still scan. Scan it with your phone before you share or print it.

Can I print it?

Yes. Download the SVG for print — it’s drawn in vectors, so it stays sharp at any size. The PNG is 1,024 pixels square, for screens and documents. Scan a test print before you print a batch.

Can I make a QR code for a transfer?

You don’t need to. A SendThis transfer’s page already has one: open its link, press Show QR and download it in the same colours. Paste the link here if you want your logo on it.
