No ticket form, no reference number. Answers, and one inbox.
The four questions here are the ones that come up first, and each answer is the whole answer — none of them is a link to an article that turns out to be another link.
If yours isn’t among them, the inbox at the foot of this page comes straight to us.
Do I need an account?
You need an account to send, but not to receive. Sign in, add your files and share the link. The person you send to opens the link and downloads without signing up or signing in, and they can pick only the files they need.
What happens when a link expires?
When a link expires, it stops accepting downloads. On Plus and Pro, links never have to expire and expired transfers can be recovered. On the Free plan, an expired transfer can’t be recovered, so send a new one.
What if my upload drops halfway?
It picks up where it left off. Files are sent in chunks, so a dropped connection costs you seconds, not the whole transfer. If the page closes, choose the same files again and the upload carries on from where it stopped.
Can I delete something after I have sent it?
Yes. Delete a transfer and its link stops working right away, whether or not anyone has downloaded it yet. Copies that were already downloaded stay with the people who downloaded them, so delete early if you sent the wrong file.
